1. Delivery time

The delivery time for our products is 1 - 3 working days. We always strive for the fastest possible delivery. We will contact customers as soon as possible by email or phone if we notice that the delivery time will be longer than usual.

2. Delivery methods

- Pickup from your chosen ECOteekki store, price 0 €  

- Free delivery to pickup points for orders over 89 euros!

- Pickup from your chosen Posti location, price 4.90 €  A small delivery fee of 2.90 € will be added to orders under 10.00 €.

Pick up your ordered products from your own Posti location. You will be notified by text message or email when the package arrives, and you can pick up your shipment from Posti immediately after 4 PM on the arrival day. 

- Pickup from your chosen Posti parcel locker, price 4.90 € A small delivery fee of 2.90 € will be added to orders under 10.00 €.

Pick up your ordered products from your chosen Posti parcel locker. You will be notified by text message when the package arrives, and you can pick up your shipment from the locker immediately. 

- Posti home delivery, price 9.90 €, free for orders over 129 euros A small delivery fee of 2.90 € will be added to orders under 10.00 €.

Posti home delivery is an easy way to receive your shipment. Smaller packages are delivered to your desired address. For larger shipments, Posti will arrange the delivery time with you. 

Shipments are delivered to recipients in larger cities on weekdays by 9 PM and in other areas by 2 PM or 5 PM. 

You can track Posti shipments using the tracking number, which you will receive by email when we send the package.

- Pickup from the nearest Matkahuolto, price 8.90 € A small delivery fee of 2.90 € will be added to orders under 10.00 €.

- Pickup from the nearest parcel point or R-kioski, price 8.90 € A small delivery fee of 2.90 € will be added to orders under 10.00 €.

In addition to Matkahuolto locations, you can pick up your package from Matkahuolto parcel points. Matkahuolto parcel points include several K-Markets, R-kiosks, and many other businesses. The dense store network and long opening hours in the evenings and weekends ensure that you can pick up your package nearby at a time that suits you best. When the package is ready for pickup at the designated location, you will receive a notification by text message.

- FREE HOME DELIVERY FOR PURCHASES OVER 129 EUR!

- Delivery directly to your doorstep, price 14.90 € A small delivery fee of 2.90 € will be added to orders under 10.00 €.

Matkahuolto delivers the package to the customer's doorstep. The delivery time is arranged with the customer by phone.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email along with a link through which you can conveniently track the progress of your order.

Return Policy and Product Exchanges

Products have a full 14-day return right. The product to be returned must be unused and unchanged.

Return must be notified in advance by email to palautukset(at)ecoteekki.fi or by phone at 050 51 15 333 (Mon - Fri 10:00 - 16:00). You will receive return instructions by email.

We charge a delivery fee of 9.90 for deliveries not picked up!

The same return right applies to damaged products or if you have otherwise received an incorrect delivery. In such cases, delivery fees do not need to be paid.

In your notification, please kindly include:

• The reason for the return (if damaged or wrong product)
• Customer identification details (name / order number)
• Whether you want to just return the product and get a refund or if you want us to send a replacement product for the damaged or wrong item (and we will refund any price difference).

If the order total falls below the free shipping threshold after the return, we will deduct the delivery fee from the refunded amount.

Order Cancellation

The customer may cancel their order if the delivery has not occurred within a reasonable time. Cancellation must be notified to palautukset(a)ecoteekki.fi or by calling 050 51 15 333. We usually notify our customers by email or phone if the delivery time differs from normal. ECOteekki.fi also reserves the right to cancel orders and refund the customer’s account.

Special Terms for International Deliveries from the Online Store

You can order from ECOteekki’s online store to countries within the EU tax and customs area (we do not deliver, for example, to Åland Islands, Canary Islands, or Norway).

Maximum package weight is 10kg and maximum dimensions are 60 x 60 x 36 cm.

Any product returns are at the customer’s own expense, meaning free return rights do not apply to international deliveries.

If the order does not meet the special terms, our online store customer service will contact the customer about possible changes before the package is shipped.

Delivery method and price vary depending on the destination country. At checkout, the delivery method will be selectable according to the destination country. Depending on the destination’s practices and delivery service, the package will be delivered either to a post office or to the recipient’s address. This cannot be chosen in advance when placing the online order.

Delivery times for international packages depend on the destination country and delivery service. For Finland’s neighboring countries, the usual delivery time is 3-5 business days, and for farther destinations 6-10 business days.

We charge a delivery fee of 15.90 for deliveries not picked up!

Payment Methods

Klarna Checkout: The options available to you are Invoice, Installment Payment, online banks, and credit cards – all equally secure!

Credit Cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Eurocard.

Klarna Invoice: You will receive an invoice with your order. You have 14 days of interest-free payment time. Billing fee 3.60 euros.

Installment Payment - Klarna Account: You can pay your order in parts using Klarna’s installment payment method. When paying with Klarna installment, Klarna Ltd automatically opens an account for you with your first order.

You can reduce the account balance in monthly installments of your choice, but at least either €9 or 1/24 of the invoice total, whichever is greater. You can always choose to pay the full invoice amount at once.

All purchases you make with Klarna installment are automatically combined into the same account and the same monthly invoice, even when you use Klarna installment in other online stores. So you will receive only one invoice per month, with just one billing fee regardless of the number of orders. Once you have paid the full invoice amount, the account will close automatically.

To approve your purchase, you will be asked in the shopping cart for your personal identity code, the address you have registered in the population register, and information about your annual income. You will receive a decision on your order approval immediately after confirming your order. The first time you pay with Klarna installment, a contract will be sent to you by mail, which you must sign and send back to Klarna Ltd.
